Buying Wholesale Chicken Wings

perch breaded baked

simple and tasty recipe, quite quickly, born from the desire to give a little flavor to the fillet of perch looking at me from the refrigerator.
Despite what may seem like watching qu woodworm of sweet spot, we tend to eat very light and healthy, the fish never fails, at least two times a week, but especially the cook in the oven and with a little seasoning. This

perch fillets has received a shot of life with the simplest ingredients: bread, garlic, balsamic vinegar and pistachios (they go to a wedding).

Serves 2 (I went very eye, sorry for the inaccuracies):

- 2 filets of perch
-
bread - chopped garlic (I very much)
- balsamic vinegar
- oregano
- pistachios
-
extra virgin olive oil - salt and pepper

Coarsely chop the bread (crust and crumb) In a bowl mix it with minced garlic, oregano, a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
Spread one side of bread dough in the pan, wash and dry the fillets of perch and lay them on the basis of bread, salt and pepper and cover with the remaining dough. Click
still around oil and balsamic vinegar and sprinkle the entire surface of chopped pistachios.
Bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour, until bread is golden brown and toasted.

Bon appetit!
