simple and tasty recipe, quite quickly, born from the desire to give a little flavor to the fillet of perch looking at me from the refrigerator.

- oregano
- pistachios

Coarsely chop the bread (crust and crumb) In a bowl mix it with minced garlic, oregano, a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
Spread one side of bread dough in the pan, wash and dry the fillets of perch and lay them on the basis of bread, salt and pepper and cover with the remaining dough. Click

Bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour, until bread is golden brown and toasted.
