Hearts of vanilla pudding


Mica I could stay and watch the mold of Guardini without my little brain is frantically working to put up something to achieve.

Viewed the run and the beautiful Valentine's Day contest EliFla that goes crazy, I immediately cast on silicone mold with hearts.
I thought of something quick and simple to implement, but highly effective as Dolcino for Valentine's Day. And I came to the rescue also Molino Chiavazza .


Ingredients for 5 hearts :

- 1 bag prepared vanilla pudding with the sugar cane mill Chiavazza
- 500 ml of milk, for

decoration:

dark chocolate - cocoa powder


Pour the contents of a bag
prepared vanilla pudding with the sugar cane mill Chiavazza i n a small saucepan and melt it with a piece of a pint of milk in order to obtain a liquid cream with no lumps. Add the remaining milk and bring to a boil over low heat. Boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Pour the mixture into the silicone mold with warm hearts, using a small funnel. Cool the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or at room temperature for 4 or 5 hours.

For decorations melt the chocolate in a saucepan in a bain marie. When the chocolate is fused with a spoon pour it into a cone of wax paper and draw hearts on another sheet of parchment paper. Allow to cool before removing the decorations. With melted chocolate advanced
I also made some chocolate heart-shaped (not real chocolate, melted chocolate is not tempered simple).

When the pudding has cooled enough to transform it into a pot. Garnish with a chocolate heart delicately removed from the parchment paper, a heart-shaped chocolate and sprinkle with a little cocoa powder. Serve with sweet, o)
